    Business Web Hosting

Web hosting services are a way by which individuals and corporations may create their own working websites and freely upload content onto the internet, without the need for an in-house web server.

Depending on your needs you may choose to place your business website(s) on either a shared or dedicated web server.

Shared hosting services involve many different websites being placed on a single web server. This is the cheapest form or web hosting and is sufficient for most small businesses. It's important to be careful, however, and ensure that your plan of choice isn't too cheap, and will offer all of the features that your business needs now and in the foreseeable future.

For websites that are more than 150MB in size, or will be receiving a large volume of traffic, it is often a good idea to forego shared hosting, and use a dedicated server. Dedicated web hosts provide an independent server with a much larger allotment of disk space and bandwidth than a shared host would provide. This type of high-volume server will come with a fairly high price tag, however, and generally isn't cost-effective for smaller sites.
