Annual Tournament

The Richard Kim Institute of Martial Science hosts an annual tournament in Niagra Falls Ontario. Held in the autumn to honor the passing of the Master O'Sensei Richard Kim. Emphasis is on forms competitions, empty hand Kata and Kobudo Kata.O'Sensei's master the meijin Yoshida Kotaro stated "Kata is the path to Kensho" or the realization of the spiritual nature of the individual.

The first annual Richard Kim Invitational tournament is planned for the fall of 2007.
